The Power of Three
Three is the essence of our hands-on mentorship program at Claymore Operations. The program consists of the military mentee, a veteran mentor and a civilian mentor. Founded on the tenets of faith, three has even more significance. We believe three is a mighty powerful number in our mission.
The Need to Make a Change
Claymore Operations realizes the hurdles enlisted military men and women face when leaving the military. Although the military offers programs to ease the transition into civilian life, it often is not enough. Most have not made any preparations for earning a living after military service. They do not know how to take the skills they have acquired and apply them to the outside world. Through the mission and vision of Claymore Operations we can make a difference and change the outcomes.
